OPERATION OVERLORD
DDAY INVASION 75TH ANNIVERSARY
Seventy five years ago on June 6, 1944 the Allies launched the largest sea invasion of land ever undertaken in history to seize control of Hitler's "Atlantic Wall" and end the German occupation of France. This was the beginning of the end of the NAZI regime. The Roanoke Ski and Adventure club has a unique opportunity in this momentus year for a private tour of the memorial.
And after the tour we will visit the Beales Brewery 510 Grove St. Bedford for food and drink.
